Inspired by Escape to the Château, TV series, I have made my own Angel Strawbridge Rose Tea Fizz Cocktail. This cocktail is truly delicious, and very bougie. Here in Wisconsin there is a local tea called Angel tea and it has an assortment of local wild flowers including roses. It smells like heaven!
In Escape to the Château there is an episode where Angel's parents are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. Angel makes this "Fizz Tea Cocktail" for her mom and her mom's friends while they are getting ready for the big day and all the fun celebrations. Angel briefly mentions that she is adding fizz (champagne) and tea together to make a creative cocktail with a rose oil and sugar rim.
I thought I don't have rose oil, but I do have most of the other ingredients! Specifically, I have a really good local tea with roses in it too! So, next I zoomed off to the kitchen to pop a bottle of bubbly and brew some local rose tea! Here is what I came up with for what I call the Rose Tea Fizz Cocktail.
Rose Tea Fizz Cocktail:
1/2 oz Grey Goose Vodka
2 oz Champagne (Fizz!)
5 tablespoons rose tea
A splash of St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

This is a very delicate and feminine cocktail and it is a perfect pairing for my humid spring night here in the midwest. Try out this recipe and let me know what you think! Cheers!
